At modaory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return — please check the product page for details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@modaory.com or through our Contact Us page.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Pack your item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know in your return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your exchange, depending on stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Personalized or custom-made items
